1. How long does it take to process my order?
Since our earrings are handmade in small batches, it takes 4-8 days to process and ship your order. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped. We use Delhivery, DTDC for couriers.
2. How can I track my order?
You will recieve updates about your order through email where you will recieve the tracking information post shipping. Once shipped, you can expect to receive the product within 4-5 working days. However, potential delays due to climate issues, political issues, COVID-19 restrictions, a high volume of orders, or courier service problems are outside of our control.
3. How will my order be packed?
Each pair of earrings is carefully wrapped in zip lock bags to protect them, and is covered with tissue or bubble wrap for extra safety. To add an extra special touch, your earrings come in a charming, eco-friendly box with pair of free studs as a token of appreciation on orders over a certain amount. Every detail is thoughtfully curated to make your unboxing experience delightful and memorable.
